An experienced project manger and site supervisor are assigned to every Owen project. Estimates can be configured as stipulated sum or cost-plus pricing, either of which includes the services of your project manager and site supervisor. This is in addition to our office staff and management staying intimately involved in overseeing your project. Owen Construction’s project management services are designed for efficiency, transparency and keeping you informed. Our structured team approach ensures all project milestones are reached on budget and on time.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

With the two most important factors being budget and project design, we will work with you and your architect to establish a realistic adaptation for your budget and examine what every potential change or upgrade will do to your estimate.
